工作職責:

Wealth Advisor 財富管理顧問 - SVP / VP / AVP / Senior Manager
Wealth Management serves and deliver an advice-based value proposition to a full range of client segment from mainstream to high net worth individuals (HNWs) and institutional, with a full suite of investment, trust and other wealth management solutions including financial planning through various distribution channels and third-party distributors.

Key areas of accountability for this role are:
  • To assist clients combined with your entrepreneurial spirit allows you to work with them to provide ultimate services
  • To provide professional financial analysis & comprehensive planning strategies to wealthiest clients including risk management and retirement solutions
  • To analyze investment opportunities & client needs with recommend tailored financial solution/services to clients according to their needs
  • To market our selected funds, medical protection schemes and investment plan to individual or corporate clients
  • To develop and maintain close relationship with clients and review their financial portfolios periodically

Qualifications:
  • Degree holder in Business, Finance, Economics or related disciplines
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills & client relationship management
  • Mature, self-motivated, energetic, outgoing and aggressive in driving business individuals
  • Fluent in Putonghua and background in mainland will be an asset
  • Holder of SFC (Type1 & 4) and IIQES licenses would be an advantage
Back Office
Accountant
Responsibilities:
  • Handle full set of accounting and related duties independently
  • Prepare statutory annual financial statements
  • Prepare forecasts, monthly operational review reports with commentary, schedules and analysis on a timely basis as required
  • Prepare and manage daily cash flow position and liquidity
  • Assist in preparing and consolidating group monthly statement as required
  • Prepare monthly Returns on Financial Resources Rules (FRR) and ensure that FRR returns are accurate and comply with applicable laws, regulations and guidelines
  • Assist in overseeing and prepare tax and statutory compliance matters
  • Maintain effective internal controls and safeguard for accounting functions and reporting integrity
  • Liaise with auditors and other professional parties
  • Perform other duties as required
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in Accountancy or related disciplines, preferably with professional accountancy qualification, such as HKICPA/ ACCA or equivalent
  • Over 4 years working experiences in financial or management accounting or external audit, preferably in securities or investment banking industry
  • Familiar with the Securities and Futures Ordinance (including Financial Resources Rules) requirements, regulations and guidelines of relevant regulatory authorities
  • Self-initiative, detail-oriented and able to work independently
  • Proactive team player with good interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (includes both Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Proficient in PC skills, particularly in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint and SUN accounting system
Administration Assistant
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in all-around office administration duties such as handling payment, office supplies, office repair and maintenance, etc
  • Verify and process expenditure claims and payments
  • Handle and maintain record of offsite document storage arrangement
  • Handle and update assets count, registry and disposal
  • Support reception desk when needed
  • Assist in maintaining conference rooms and pantry cleanliness and tidiness and provide tea service for guest when needed
  • Assist in outdoor assignment when needed (cheques bank-in, mailing, document collection and delivery, etc)
  • Participate in ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Diploma or above
  • 2 years of relevant experience in administration or office administration
  • Pleasant, detail-minded, self-motivated, independent, adaptive and a good team player
  • Good negotiation skills for sourcing suppliers / services providers
  • Able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks independently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; basic conversation in English and Mandarin is preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office application and Chinese word-processing
  • Immediate Available is highly preferred
Assistant Payment Officer - Cash Management, Settlement
Responsibilities:
  • Handle client cash withdrawal / deposit / foreign exchange instruction
  • Process daily transaction matching and trust account reconciliation
  • Prepare pledge stock and daily cash flow report
  • Process IPO loan, loan draw down and term deposit
Requirements:
  • Degree in Finance / Business Management
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years' relevant working experience in the securities industry
  • Experienced in handling Telegraphic Transfer and CHATS Payment
  • Knowledge of banking and clearing systems, such as PPS, Bill Payment, STS, CBS, Straight2 Bank, HSBCnet
  • Proficiency in MS Word & Excel
  • Good command of both written & spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Meticulous and self-motivated
  • Able to work overtime, under pressure and meet tight deadlined
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Payment Assistant
Client Relationship Officer, Wealth Management Group
Responsibilities:
  • Provide quality and professional services to house clients
  • Manage and update clients’ database and follow up with potential clients
  • Explore new business opportunities, promote wealth management products (such as insurance, MPF, funds)
  • Assist client in the insurance application and account opening
  • Handle enquires and complaints
  • Assist in product management and ad hoc projects
Requirements:
  • Degree or above with major in Business Administration, Finace or related disciplines
  • CFA / CFP qualifier or candidates is an advantage
  • Holder of SFC RA1 & 4, InsuranceAuthority and MPF Licenses
  • At least 2 years of IFA or related experiences
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, includes Mandarin
  • Advanced knowledge in Excel is an advantage
Product Management Officer, Wealth Product
Responsibilities:
  • Provide product support to Wealth Advisory Teams
  • Perform ongoing product due diligence on Wealth Management Products (e.g. insurance, MPF and funds)
  • Conduct market research including product comparison
  • Provide product and market updates to Wealth Advisory Teams
  • Prepare marketing campaign materials
  • Maintain product library
  • Prepare regular business reports
  • Perform ad hoc projects assigned
Requirements:
  • Degree or above in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines
  • At least 2 years' experience in IFA or related industry
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
  • Good knowledge of Excel is an advantage
Senior Analyst Programmer (Front Office)
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for software development and maintenance of mission critical front office trading systems
  • Develop new Mobile and Web App
  • Interact with users for collecting requirements and providing technical solutions
  • Perform systems administration and daily IT operation tasks
  • Provide 1st tier end-user systems support
  • Handle ad-hoc queries and report requests
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines
  • Familiar with securities trading systems and operations
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in development and maintenance, preferably in financial services industry
  • Proficient in Oracle, T-SQL, MongoDB, C#, ASP and .NET
  • Knowledge in Mobile App development is a plus
  • Independent and self-driven
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
