證券/期貨/財富管理客戶經理 (個人或團隊)

工作職責:
  • 為客戶提供投資服務
  • 執行客戶投資指示
  • 與客戶建立及維持良好的關係
  • 建立及發展新客戶網絡

職位要求:
  • 持證券、期貨或保險從業員牌照或資格,並無不良紀錄
  • 2年或以上相關工作經驗者優先考慮
  • 專長銷售、主動積極

Wealth Advisor 財富管理顧問 - SVP / VP / AVP

Wealth Management serves and deliver an advice-based value proposition to a full range of client segment from mainstream to high net worth individuals (HNWs) and institutional, with a full suite of investment, trust and other wealth management solutions including financial planning through various distribution channels and third-party distributors.

Key areas of accountability for this role are:
  • To assist clients combined with your entrepreneurial spirit allows you to work with them to provide ultimate services
  • To provide professional financial analysis & comprehensive planning strategies to wealthiest clients including risk management and retirement solutions
  • To analyze investment opportunities & client needs with recommend tailored financial solution/services to clients according to their needs
  • To market our selected funds, medical protection schemes and investment plan to individual or corporate clients
  • To develop and maintain close relationship with clients and review their financial portfolios periodically

Qualifications:
  • Degree holder in Business, Finance, Economics or related disciplines
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills & client relationship management
  • Mature, self-motivated, energetic, outgoing and aggressive in driving business individuals
  • Fluent in Putonghua and background in mainland will be an asset
  • Holder of SFC (Type1 & 4) and IIQES licenses would be an advantage

Back Office
Finance Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Performs monthly consolidation, financial reporting and management accounting for the Group and its subsidiaries
  • Responsible for annual budget, planning, forecasting and monthly operational review report
  • Prepares financial reports including IFRS statement and subsidiaries reporting
  • Reviews and enhances management reports/analysis
  • Tracks and analyzes the group's financial and operational performance drivers and KPIs
  • Develops, implements and maintains financial policies, internal controls and procedures
  • Assists in the Treasury function to closely monitor the Group's cash flow and funding
  • Handles tax compliance matters and other tax issues
  • Performs ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Accountancy or related disciplines with professional accountancy qualification such as HKICPA/ ACCA or equivalent
  • Comprehensive knowledge of accounting standards and other regulatory requirements
  • Solid and in-depth knowledge in the Securities and Futures Ordinance (including Financial Resources Rules), regulations and guidelines of relevant regulatory authorities and risk management control
  • Has Knowledge of monthly Returns on Financial Resources Rules (FRR) for reporting to the Securities and Futures Commission
  • Has experience in Bonds and Derivatives market products.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in finance/securities industry with at least 3 years of managerial experience
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (includes both Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Proficiency and knowledge of Sun Accounting System is a plus
  • Able to work independently with efficiency and able to meet tight deadline
  • Self-motivated with good personal integrity, analytical and leadership skills
Assistant Accountant

Responsibilities:
  • Handle general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Handle accounts of PRC Subsidiaries
  • Prepare accounting schedules
  • Prepare billings and vouchers
  • Prepare accounts reconciliation and maintain accounting books and records
  • Responsible for daily banking reconciliation
  • Assist works in financial analysis and month end closing
  • Assist in preparation of tax computation and statutory compliance matters
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in Accountancy or related disciplines
  • 2-4 years working experiences in financial or in audit fields, preferably in securities or investment banking industry
  • Self-initiative, detail-oriented, able to work independently and willing to work overtime
  • Flexible to adapt changes in work processes and work assignments
  • Proactive team player with good interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (includes both Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Proficient in PC skills, particularly in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Sun GL System is a plus
Senior Compliance Officer

Responsibilities:
  • Develops and conducts compliance monitoring program and performs internal ad hoc investigation
  • Develops, updates and reviews policies, procedures and guidelines from the compliance perspective and circulates to staff for compliance purpose
  • Handles enquiries from regulators and external parties
  • Handles licensing matters, notification, annual return, survey and other ad hoc reports as required by the regulators
  • Develops training materials and coordinates compliance / AML trainings
  • Reviews advertisement, marketing materials and webpage for adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Handles ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:
  • Degree holder in finance, accounting, law or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience working in securities broker firm
  • Sound knowledge of the SFO and other relevant codes and regulations as well as rules and regulations of IA and MPFA
  • Good knowledge in AML / KYC and back / middle office operation is preferential
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (Proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage)
  • Good team player and self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility, organizational and problem solving skills
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Compliance Officer
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
Settlement Officer (Overseas and Derivative)

Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily trade and settlement process of HK & Global Future & Stock Option, Overseas Equities, Euroclear Bond, China B Shares and Unit Trust
  • Perform corporate action of Overseas Equities, Bond, China B Shares & Unit Trust
  • Perform derivative system day-end processing
  • Participant in system implementation, UAT and ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Degree holder in any disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years' settlement experience in the brokerage industry
  • Sound knowledge of DCASS and CCMS operation
  • Experience in handling Euroclear and iFast
  • Able to work overtime, holiday shift and work independently under pressure
  • Good communications skills and proficiency in PC skills (MS Word and Excel)
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Settlement Officer
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
Analyst Programmer / Senior Analyst Programmer

Responsibilities:
  • Focus on software development and application support for securities settlement and back-office systems
  • Interact with users for collecting requirements and providing technical solutions
  • Implement IT projects to enhance effectiveness of IT applications and to ensure the project deadlines are met
  • Perform system administration and automate IT operations tasks
  • Provide 1st tier end-user systems support
  • Handle ad-hoc queries and report requests
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Analyst Programmer

Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines
  • Possess minimum 1 - 5 years' Windows Application Development experience
  • Experienced in software development using Microsoft Visual Studio, C#, WPF, VB, Database Design, MS SQL and Oracle PL/SQL
  • Experienced in SDLC and Team Foundation Server
  • Independent and self-driven
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
