Client identity verification in Trading platform
When client login online trading platform, please follow the instruction to input your identity number for verification.

Download and install Google Authenticator app
Please search and install the Apps "Google Authenticator" on your mobile phone/device
Please scan below QR code, download and install Google Authenticator app.
Please download and install from "Android Market" in Mainland China

Start Two Factor Authentication initial setup
Please open the installed "Google Authenticator" on your mobile phone/device, press Set up account and select Scan a barcode. 
Please use your mobile phone/device to scan the QR code displayed in the computer screen. 
After scanning the QR code, mobile phone/device will display 6 digit One Time Password.
Please input the One Time Password to computer screen, and press “Confirm”

Setup Completed
Computer screen will display “Your "2-Factor Authentication (2FA)" setup is completed.” 
Start from now, please enter your username, password, and "One Time Password (OTP)" generated by Google Authenticator for login validation.

Change your device
If you would like to change your mobile phone/device, please access online trading platform and go to“a/c Management” > “Two-Factor Authentication” , and press “Change of device”
Please clear the old setting of Google Authenticator to avoid confusion. And reset accordingly.
To let client experience two-factor authentication login earlier, from 16 April 2018, when clients login SPTrader futures trading system (including PC version and mobile apps), you will be requested to enter your username, password, and “One Time Password (OTP)”. This OTP will be sent to your registered email and mobile phone number in our company. After inputted OTP, you can start trading.
Download and install latest Futures / Stock Options trading system SPTrader
Client must use the latest Futures / Stock Options trading system SPTrader (version R8.75.9) . You are NOT allowed to login SPTrader if version is lower than R8.75.9. 。

Update Personal Information
Please be noted that if you have not registered a mobile number or email address with our company, or you would like to update your registered mobile phone number/email address, please complete and sign the “Change of Account Details (Individual)” and return to us as soon as possible, otherwise you will not be able to receive an OTP for accessing online trading platforms.

Please refer to below steps to login with two-factor authentication :

1. Enter username and password |

2. After received “One Time Password”, enter it to “Enter Authentication Code” and press Confirm, then you can login system successfully and start trading. |
