- Act as trustee and carry out fiduciary duty on the employee share award trust.
- Managed by qualified professionals in offering relevant trust and management services.
- Work alongside with regulatory authorities, external legal advisors and corporate financial advisers in dealing with incentive trust scheme related matters.
- Review trustee deeds and relevant legal documents and establish applicable operational workflow
- Provide trust scheme information in answering questions relating to the trust scheme's accounting, taxation and external audit matters.
- Monitor trust fund operation and transaction orders to ensure compliance with relevant trading terms and trust deed clauses.
- Monitor trust fund transactions and settlement operations and ensure trading information are correct and accurate.
