Notice is hereby given that the Client Agreement of Core Pacific-Yamaichi International (H.K.) Limited and Core Pacific-Yamaichi Futures (H.K.) Limited is amended as marked up in the enclosure to this Notice (“the Amendments”). The Amendments will take effect pursuant to Clause 24.5 of Section I of the Client Agreement.
Pursuant to Clause 24.5 of Section I of the Agreement, any member of CPY Group with whom the Client holds an Account may amend the Agreement by giving the Client not less than 21 days prior notice of the change in writing. The Amendments, shall be binding on you if you continue to maintain the Account on or after Sep 23, 2024.
The Amendments include the addition of “Section I – General Terms and Conditions 1.3 Severe Weather Trading Arrangements (“SWT Arrangemenets”).
This Notice is prepared in both Chinese and English versions. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the English version prevails.
