    1. Input your bank card into the ATM, then enter your password and press "Enter"

    2. Select "Bill Payment"

    3. Select "Securities Broker" as Category.

    4. Select "Core Pacific-Yamaichi” as Merchant.

    5. Enter the bill type.

    6. Enter your Electronic Deposit Account Number。(The Electronic Deposit Account Number is shown on your welcome letter, daily and monthly statements.)

    7. Input "Payment Amount" then complete the transaction.


(II) E-banking

Enroll e-Bill (One time only)

    1. Simply log on to HSBC Internet Banking,Click on "e-Bill" on the "My banking" menu and go to "Enroll e-Bill".

    2. Enter "Core Pacific-Yamaichi" at "Payee" column.

    3. Enter your Electronic Deposit Account Number (The Electronic Deposit Account Number is shown on your welcome letter, daily and monthly statements.)

    4. Fill in the required information than click「Continue」

    5. Verify the information and click "Confirm" to finish the registration.

Deposit

    1. Log on to HSBC Internet Banking, click "e-Bill" on the "My banking" menu and go to "e-Bill Summary and Payment". Click "Pay" for the bill you wish to settle via internet banking.

    2. Select "Securities Broker" as Category.

    3. Select "Core Pacific-Yamaichi” as Merchant.

    4. Enter the bill type.

    5. Enter your Electronic Deposit Account Number (The Electronic Deposit Account Number is shown on your welcome letter, daily and monthly statements.)

    6. Input "Payment Amount" and click "Confirm" button


(III) Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS)

Deposit

    1. Dial the HSBC phone banking hotline.

    2. Select Language, Press"1. Cantonese", "2.English", "3. Putonghua".

    3. Press "1"to select bank account service.

    4. Enter your HSBC account number and password.

    5. Press "3" to select "Transfers & bill payments" then press"3" again to select “Bill payments".

    6. Select "Securities Broker" as Category.

    7. Select "Core Pacific-Yamaichi” as Merchant.

    8. Enter the bill type.

    9. Enter your Electronic Deposit Account Number (The Electronic Deposit Account Number is shown on your welcome letter, daily and monthly statements.)

    10. Input "Payment Amount" then complete the transaction.

Note :
Fund transfer service time: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Fund deposit made during the service hours will be deposited in your CPY account within 1 hour. Fund deposit made during non-service hours, Saturdays and public holidays will be deposited on the next working day.
