Team Head, Wealth Management (High Net Worth Clients)
  • Report directly to Wealth Management Group Head
  • Formulate and implement the acquisition, growth strategies for HNW clients to cover Greater China market
  • Achieve personal targets as well as lead the sales team to achieve the business targets
  • Offer one stop solutions to clients by leveraging the broad range of products, covering Insurance, Funds, Bonds, Notes, etc
  • Work closely with Product and Supporting teams to offer suitable products and services to meet clients expectation
  • At least 5 years' of experience in sales team head position in financial services industry
  • Degree or above with major in Business Administration, Finance, or related disciplines
  • Holder of SFC license RA1
  • Holder of IIQE qualification (Paper 1,2,3,4 and 5)
  • Pro-active, good organization and problem-solving skills
  • Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese, including Putonghua
Vice President / Senior Manager / Manager, Wealth Management Group
Wealth Management serves and deliver an advice-based value proposition to a full range of client segment from mainstream to high net worth individuals (HNWs) and institutional, with a full suite of investment, trust and other wealth management solutions including financial planning through various distribution channels and third-party distributors.

Key areas of accountability for this role are:
  • To assist clients combined with your entrepreneurial spirit allows you to work with them to provide ultimate services
  • To provide professional financial analysis & comprehensive planning strategies to wealthiest clients including risk management and retirement solutions
  • To analyze investment opportunities & client needs with recommend tailored financial solution/services to clients according to their needs
  • To market our selected funds, medical protection schemes and investment plan to individual or corporate clients
  • To develop and maintain close relationship with clients and review their financial portfolios periodically

Bond Sales Officer
  • Support sales activities and daily operations of the team
  • Handle trade input and assist in sales/dealing activities
  • Coordinate and liaise with middle office on trade issue
  • Handle clients' inquiries, update price quotes and information to clients
  • Support account opening operations
  • Assist team head with regular reports
  • Produce trade reports with accuracy and consistency
  • 1-2 year of experience of supporting role in Banking/ Securities/ Fixed Income field is preferred, candidate with less experience will also be considered
  • Degree holder (Preferably in Finance, Business Management, Economics or related discipline)
  • Able to handle figures and tedious things
  • Be constantly attentive to the precision and thoroughness of the information sent, and ensure that errors are minimized
  • Strong communication skill in Chinese and English
  • Strong organizational and analytical skill
  • Strong proficiency in the use of full Microsoft Office suite
  • Pleasant Character and being a good team player with keen interest in financial field
Back Office
Senior System Analyst (Software/Front office)
  • Responsible for software development and maintenance of mission critical frontend trading systems
  • Interact with users for collecting requirements and providing technical solutions
  • Review current technology and drive ways to leverage and improve productivity
  • Perform systems administration and daily IT operation tasks
  • Provide 1st tier end-user systems support
  • Handle ad-hoc queries and report requests
  • To perform ad hoc projects as required
  • Degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines
  • Familiar with securities front office system and its operation
  • Around 6 years' of solid experience with at least 2 years' of managerial experience, implementing application development with C#, ASP .NET, MSSQL and Oracle DB, preferably in financial services industry
  • Independent and self-driven
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Strong team management, stakeholder management and project management
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
IT Officer (Contract)
  • Provide PC software and hardware support for all users in HQ and branches.
  • Maintain and support Microsoft Windows servers, VMWare servers, Linux servers and Lotus Notes Server, Imaging Server, etc.
  • Maintain and support network equipments, network between HQ and branches, etc.
  • Provide support on information services such as ET-Net, Bloomberg, Reuters etc.
  • Perform the daily system operations such as daily backup, security control, inventory control, software and hardware installation.
  • Technical Institute Graduate in IT, or related discipline / degree holder in Information Systems preferred
  • 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good sense of responsibility
  • Initiative and eager to learn new technology
Sales Administration Assistant (Brokerage) – Yuen Long Branch
  • Provide general administrative duties to support daily branch operation
  • Maintain daily clients' account and input data for new account opening
  • Perform settlement duties in an orderly manner for head office's reconciliation (including cash and stock withdrawal and receipt)
  • DSE graduate or above
  • Minimum 1-2 years' relevant working experience in brokerage industry is a definite advantage
  • Good PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and Chines Word Processing)
  • Good command of written & spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Sensitive to figures
  • Good communication skill
