and Disclaimers, ask questions and take independent advice

As required by the regulations
of the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission, your
signing of the Trading Agreement and sighting of supporting
documents should be certified by an affiliate of CPY, Justice
of the Peace, branch manager of a bank, certified public
accountant, a lawyer or notary public on Page 2 of the Trading
Agreement and every photocopy of the supporting documents.
As soon as your application on
account opening is accepted by CPY, CPY will allocate a
professional registered account executive to contact you
and take care of your Account.

Individual cyber cash or margin account clients should
also provide the following:
a) valid identity document - ie. a Hong Kong
identity card or passport
b) Valid proof of address - ie. the last three
months' bank statements, water bill, rates bill, electricity
bill, tax demand notice, but not credit card or mobile phone
bills.
c) a copy of your bank book/statement (for
direct transfer to your bank account on withdrawal)
d) and e-mail address if you have one.
