為保障您的帳戶安全，請注意：
- 切勿向任何第三方（包括聲稱為京華山一員工的人士）透露登入名稱、密碼、OTP、認證資料或其他保安資訊；
- 切勿點擊可疑電郵、短訊、即時通訊軟件或社交媒體訊息中的連結及附件；
- 只透過京華山一官方網站及官方應用程式商店（如 Apple App Store 或 Google Play）下載本公司流動交易應用程式；
- 請避免選用容易被猜中的密碼組合,應使用高強度密碼並定期更新；
- 避免使用公眾電腦或不安全網絡登入帳戶；
- 定期查閱登入紀錄、交易紀錄及帳戶活動；
- 如發現未經授權登入、異常交易或任何可疑活動，請立即聯絡京華山一。

Core Pacific-Yamaichi ("CPY") is committed to safeguarding our clients' accounts and assets. We would like to remind clients to stay vigilant against phishing scams and other cybersecurity threats.
Fraudsters may impersonate CPY or other trusted organisations through emails, SMS messages, phone calls, social media messages, fraudulent websites or mobile applications to induce clients to disclose their login ID, password, one-time password (OTP), authentication codes or other authentication credentials. Once such information is compromised, it may result in unauthorised account access, transactions, fund transfers and financial losses. Please note that CPY will never send SMS or emails with embedded hyperlinks which direct clients to the CPY’s website to carry out transactions, and will not ask clients for sensitive information, such as login passwords or One-Time Password, by phone, email or SMS (including via embedded hyperlinks), or request clients to provide authentication credentials through any of the above means or any other communication channel.
To better protect your account, please observe the following security measures:
- Never disclose your login ID, password, OTP, authentication credentials or other security information to any third party, including anyone claiming to be a representative of CPY;
- Do not click on suspicious links or open attachments contained in emails, SMS messages, instant messaging applications or social media messages;
- Download and install CPY mobile trading applications only through CPY's official website and authorised application stores (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play);
- Avoid using easily guessed password combination. Use strong passwords and update them regularly;
- Avoid accessing your account through public computers or unsecured networks;
- Regularly review your login records, transaction history and account activities; and
- Contact CPY immediately if you detect any unauthorised login, unusual transaction or other suspicious activity.

CPY Group would like to alert its customers and the general public that fraudulent Apps / trading platforms / links that falsely purporting to CPY Group.
