Application procedures

Step 1

Download and read the ELI Information Memorandum and Product Booklets to understand the associated benefits and risks.
Step 2

Download and read the Macquarie Financial Statements to understand the associated risks and benefits.

Discuss the ELIs with your stockbroker as they are required, as part of the application form, to confirm that you understand the ELI product and associated risks.

Step 3

Download the term sheet for the current series.

Step 4 Choose the shares to link to your ELI from the term sheet
Step 5

Print and signed Letter of Indemnity and Risk Disclosure Statement, fax the 2 documents to your stockbroker

Mail the signed original copies of the above 2 documents to Risk Management Department of Core Pacific-Yamaichi International (H.K.) Limited
Step 6 Place purchase order through your stockbroker, the cutoff time is 3:00pm
Step 7

Transfer investment funds to Core Pacific-Yamaichi bank account, fax the payment slip to your stockbroker
