- General Manager of Private Equity Fund
Shanghai Office

Job Duties:
‥ In-charge of setting up the Private Equity firm, including legal search, incorporation with regulatory bodies and staff recruitment
‥ Oversee all the business of the Private Equity firm.
‥ Originate, evaluate and manage and close the private equity funds and investment
‥ Participate in fund raising, research, due diligence and related activities and processes
‥ Facilitate the investment company and clients to reach mutual agreements
‥ Keep track of the fund performance by conducting periodical review and analysis
Requirements:
‥ Bachelor Degree holder in Business-related disciplines
‥ At least 10 years working experience in private equity industry
‥ Solid experience in dealing fund raising, investment, research, due diligence and general management
‥ Sound knowledge of private investment rules and regulation in PRC
‥ Good network with institutional investors, independent asset managers, banks and fund distributors
‥ Excellent oral and written Putonghua is a must and fluent English is essential
‥ Good interpersonal and presentation skills
‥ Aggressive with strategic thinking and good analytical mind

‥ Promote Fixed Income and related products to potential & existing clients which include institutions, corporations & high net worth individuals in HK and other regions

Requirements:
‥ University graduate with minimum 3 to 5 years working experience as sales and trading role in global bond markets
‥ Good knowledge of global Fixed Income products, such as Asian High Yield, CNH market and USD bond market etc.
