Core Pacific - Yamaichi Group is expanding its securities business in both Hong Kong and the Greater China. To cater for its rapid development, we are now looking for high caliber professional to join our Group as:

  • Institutional Sales - HK & Asian Equity
    Institutional Sales Department
    (Ref: WEB/IS/12/08)

    Job Duties:

    ‥ To serve clients and execute orders for them.

    ‥ To establish and develop new client base.

    ‥ To provide administrative support and assistance to the Institutional Sales team.

    Requirements:

    ‥ Minimum 2 years experience in securities industry with Institutional Sales experience is a definite advantage.

    ‥ Holder of SFC license RA1 (Dealing in Securities) AND / OR RA2 (Dealing in Futures Contracts).

    ‥ Excellent command of spoken & written English is a MUST.

    ‥ Sales-oriented, highly self-motivated and willing to work under pressure.

    ‥ Good communication and customer services skills.

    Candidates with less experience will be considered as Account Executive.


  • Business Development Manager / Financial Consultant
    Wealth Management Department
    (Ref: WEB/BDM/12/08)

    Job Duties:

    ‥ Identify potential clients in order to enlarge client base

    ‥ Re-activate company’s dormant clients

    ‥ Provide financial needs analysis and recommendations to clients

    ‥ Promote full range of financial products and services

    Requirements:

    ‥ University graduate with banking, insurance or IFA experience preferred

    ‥ Holder of IIQE and SFC license or other relevant qualifications

    ‥ Enjoy meeting challenges and aims for higher personal growth

    ‥ Positive thinking, initiative, result-oriented, high level of integrity

    ‥ Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese, fluency in Putonghua preferred

    Candidates with management experience may also be considered for senior position


  • Wealth Manager

  • Sales Manager / Account Executive

    ‥ University graduate with major in Business, Finance, Economic or related discipline

    ‥ Holder of SFC License (RA1 or 2) or equivalent Qualification / Examination Passed

    ‥ Pleasant, Good Communication and Presentation Skills

    ‥ Interest in Brokerage industry & Customer Serviaderce work

    ‥ With potential clients base and networking is a definite advantage

    ‥ Actual working experience in Brokerage company is preferred but not essential


    ‥ The right candidate can work at Head office in Central or other Retail Branches located in Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories

  • Director – Corporate Finance/ Equity Capital Markets
    Investment Banking Group Department
    (Ref: WEB/DCF/12/08)

    The candidate will primarily be involved in origination and execution of corporate finance businesses including public and private equity fund-raisings, mergers and acquisitions and corporate financial advisory projects in the Greater China region.

    Requirements:

    ‥ Master or University graduate with strong business sense

    ‥ More than 8 years relevant experience with established corporate finance houses, investment banks, financial institutions and professional firms, in which at least 5 years experience at managerial level

    ‥ Proven track record of corporate finance transactions, like Financial Advisory, Mergers and Acquisitions, Equity Fund-Raisings, Takeover Transaction and IPO

    ‥ Must be Responsible Officer of the SFC Licence 6, those candidates authorized as Principal is definite advantage

    ‥ Familiar with HK Listing Rules and other relevant regulatory rules & regulations


    ‥ Candidates with HK / PRC execution and / or Hong Kong Takeovers Code experience are preferred


    ‥ High degree of fluency in English, Putonghua and Cantonese


    ‥ Good networking and outstanding leadership together with excellent conceptual, analytical, interpersonal, management, written and presentation skills


    ‥ Ability to perform under pressure and willing to travel



  • Compliance Manager
    Legal & Compliance Department
    (Ref: WEB/CM/12/08)

    The candidate will be responsible for performing routine compliance testing, review, assurance program, compliance policy training, licensing, complaint handling and co-ordinating other ad hoc projects.

    Requirements:

    ‥ Familiar with SFC’s rules and regulations and Compliance policy of securities companies

    ‥ Good Communication skills, Independent and Self-disciplined

    ‥ PC literate especially in MS office applications

    ‥ Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese & Putonghua



  • Manager / Assistant Manager
    Administration Department
    (Ref: WEB/AM/12/08)

    The candidate has to assist the Head to supervise a supporting team to handle overall office administration work.

    Requirements:

    ‥ Degree holder in related disciplines

    ‥ At least 5 years solid experience in office administration & facilitation management with 3 years at supervisory level, preferably in Financial industry

    ‥ Mature, Independent with strong Leadership & Controlling skills

    ‥ Responsible, organized and able to work under pressure

    ‥ Excellent People Management & Communication skills

    ‥ Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese & Putonghua

    ‥ PC literate especially in MS office applications

    ‥ Immediate available preferred
